Periodic Motion:-

Periodic motion 

               Motion, processes or phenomenon which repeats in equal intervals of time is called 'periodic motion'.

E.g:-

1) The motion of pendulum.

2) The motion of hour hand, minute hand and second hand in a wall clock.

3)The motion of the revolution & the rotation of the earth.

4)The motion of needle of sewing machine.

             This all repeats after equal intervals of time.
